Also, for the map makers out there who were saddened by the removal of Primed TNT in 1.13, I got the go ahead to re-implement it back in this snapshot. You can now use it by setting the "unstable" blockstate to true. 😀

E.g. /setblock ~ ~ ~ minecraft:tnt[unstable=true]
